A public protest is planned Friday in San Francisco against a proposed copper-mine development at Oak Flat in Arizona.
The protest is timed to coincide with oral arguments in Apache Stronghold v. United States, which is scheduled at noon Friday in the Ninth Circuit of U.S. District Court, in San Francisco.
